Since each bundle of hair originates from a single donor, we cannot guarantee specific hair textures or colors across different hairstyles. However, we pledge to diligently fulfill our customers’ needs by providing the highest quality hair that aligns with their expectations.

Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any hair product purchased from GoviHair, you have the option to return or exchange it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of your purchase to initiate a refund or exchange request.
  • The hair must NOT be installed, dyed, cut, or altered in any way.
  • If the hair is removed from its original packaging or used visibly in any way, the return and exchange policy will become void.
  • The hair must remain in its original, untied bundle.
  • The hair must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
  • The merchandise must be received at our company office before a refund can be processed.

Products must be returned at your own expense. We recommend using a shipping service with signature confirmation or insurance to protect your package. Please do not return products without authorization. We are not liable for items lost, unauthorized returns, or packages sent to incorrect addresses.

GoviHair offers human hair extensions, which are legally considered hygienic products. To ensure the safety and well-being of all customers, we take hygiene and public health seriously and cannot accept returns on opened items. All GoviHair hair extension products are made from 100% real human hair, so we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on hair that has been used or washed. If the item is removed from its packaging or used visibly in any way, all return and exchange policies become invalid. Hair must be in its original, untied bundle and packaging. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs. Additionally, custom hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs fees, and duties.

How does the refund process work?

  • Within 7 days of receiving your order, you must contact us. Depending on the situation, we may request photos of the issue. 
  • If the issue can be resolved through routine maintenance, we may provide products that can help address it. 
  • If the issue cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, the hair must be sent back to us before we can take further action. We need to evaluate if your purchase qualifies for a refund or exchange.
  • Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals have not been tampered with. 
  • If we discover that the seals have been tampered with, we cannot process a refund or accept the return of the opened item. 
  • We will only refund the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs and other applicable charges will not be refunded.
  • We are not liable for damaged or lost goods caused by the carrier handling the returned items. Please do not return products without authorization. 
  • We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to incorrect addresses. 
  • We recommend using a shipping carrier with signature validation and/or insurance services to protect your package.

You have 7 days upon receiving your order to contact us. Based on the actual situation, we may request photos of the hair issue. If the issue can be resolved through a routine maintenance regimen, we may recommend specific products to help address the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved through routine maintenance, the hair must be sent back to us and received before we can take further action.

Since we need to determine if your purchase qualifies for replacement, the entire purchased amount of hair must be removed and returned to our office. Customers are responsible for all the costs of hair removal and mailing the products back. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customized hair products.
