ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICY

Govihair is the export brand of Binh An Phat Global Trading (BAP GLOBAL), a business registered in Da Nang, Vietnam. We manufacture at our own facility at 292 Phu Dong Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City, and hold stock at our US warehouse in Garland, Texas.

WHO YOU ORDER FROM

  1. Legal entity: Ho kinh doanh Thuong mai Binh An Phat (BAP GLOBAL), registered in Da Nang, Vietnam.
  2. Production facility: 292 Phu Dong Street, Hoa Xuan Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam.
  3. US warehouse: 301 E Buckingham Rd, Suite 10, Garland, TX 75040, USA.
  4. You buy directly from the factory. There is no trading agent between you and production.

ORDER PROCESS

  1. Send your requirement to our sales team: texture, length, weight, colour and construction type.
  2. We confirm availability and issue a written quotation with the full order value.
  3. You confirm the quotation and pay the deposit.
  4. Production or picking begins once the deposit clears.
  5. We send photos or video of the finished order before packing.
  6. You settle the balance and we ship.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is 500g, approximately five bundles depending on length. Orders below 1kg carry a small per-bundle handling charge, confirmed on your quotation.

PAYMENT

  1. After confirming with the customer about the ordered products, Govihair will calculate the total value of the order, and the customer will confirm again.
  2. Customers can pay in full or deposit between 30% and 50%.
  3. In the event that the customer makes a deposit of 30%-50%, after Govihair completes the order production, the customer will have to pay the remaining amount in order for the goods to be delivered.
  4. All amounts are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise in writing.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Bank transfer (T/T) in USD or EUR via SWIFT, to an account held in our registered business name.
  2. Money transfer services: Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, Remitly.
  3. Online transfer: Wise, Revolut, Lemfi, SendWave.
  4. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via secure payment link.
  5. Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20).
  6. Local agent payment in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and selected African markets.

Available methods vary by market. Your sales representative will confirm which options apply to your order and send the payment details directly. Some methods carry a processing charge, which appears on your quotation before you pay. We never send bank details through social media or unofficial channels — always confirm with your assigned representative before transferring funds.

PRODUCTION TIME

  1. With items available in stock, products can be shipped immediately to customers after they check them out and agree.
  2. With products manufactured according to customer needs, depending on hair type, length, and color, sales will advise the customer on the right time. Normally, orders take 5-7 days to produce.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  1. We ship worldwide through DHL, FedEx and UPS.
  2. Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days to most destinations.
  3. Human hair extensions enter the United States under HTS code 6704.20.0000.
  4. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. Tracking is sent by WhatsApp or email on the day of dispatch.
