  • Weighed after washing and drying, ties weighed separately. If a bundle is short, photograph your scale and we replace the shortfall.
  • Shipping: 3-5 working days on the express service, or 5-9 working days on the economy service, tracked door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Freight is quoted to your exact city by weight.
  • Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary or fumigation certificates where your customs authority requires them.
  • Sample not as described: we pay the return freight and replace or refund.

Usually, GoviHair takes 5-7 days to ship to a customer's country.
