Do you offer samples before a bulk wholesale order?

500g is our smallest order — it doubles as your test/sample order, giving you enough hair to check cuticle alignment, elasticity, and curl pattern through a full wash cycle. We don't offer a separate sample size below 500g.

What payment methods do you accept?

Govihair accepts 11 payment rails: bank transfer (SWIFT), Wise, Revolut, Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, Remitly, TapTap, Lemfi, SendWave, USDT, and Bitcoin. We do not currently accept PayPal or credit card.

Do you offer private label or custom packaging?

Yes — Govihair packages and labels orders under your own brand name, so the wigs you receive are ready to sell as your product.

Can Vietnamese human hair wigs be bleached and dyed?

Yes — because the cuticle is never chemically weakened, raw Vietnamese hair lifts to platinum (#613) without snapping when handled by a colorist familiar with virgin hair.

Why does my straight wig still have a slight natural wave?

That's normal donor movement, not a defect — hair that's perfectly poker-straight with zero wave has usually been steamed or flat-ironed during processing. Genuine raw straight hair keeps a very slight natural movement.

What is your return/refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 3 months if a manufacturing defect is found, with refunds issued in 1–3 days if you don't agree to the order or a payment dispute can't be resolved.
