Colour: what we can do, and what nobody can
This is where most suppliers overpromise and where your client notices first. Colour options depend on the hair type, not on how much you pay.

What we will not tell you: that dark hair bleaches to 613. If a supplier offers you dark hair and promises a clean platinum lift, that hair was dyed dark over lighter hair and it will break on the second pass.

Lace Frontal - wholesale FAQ
13×4 or 13×6?
Both run ear to ear. The 13×6 gives six inches of depth instead of four, so the parting can sit further back and the client can wear a deep side part or push the hair back without exposing the track. If she styles the hair off her face often, pay for the 13×6.
What length frontal should I order with my bundles?
Two inches longer than the bundles. A frontal cut to the same length sits short once installed and blended, and the join shows in photographs.
How many wears does a frontal last?
That depends on how it is taken down more than on how it is made. Lace tears at removal, not in wear. Tell your stylists to use the right remover and give it time, and a frontal lasts through many installs.
What is the minimum order?
3 pieces per order, which you can split across lengths, textures and colours however you like. Wholesale pricing is sent on request once we know specification and destination.
Which grade should I order?
Double Drawn is the volume grade for stock you resell. Super Double Drawn is what most of our distributors reorder and the safest default. Super Premium has the thickest ends and is the first choice when the hair will be lifted or heavily styled. Order one of each in the same length and let your stylist feel the difference.
Can I lift it to 613 or platinum?
Only on raw donor hair, and we test the lift on the batch before we ship. Virgin hair goes to light and neutral shades reliably, but not to every blonde. Dark shades are dyed rather than lifted, so they do not come back up. We will tell you which of the three your order needs before you pay.
How do I know the weight is honest?
Everything is weighed after washing and drying, not before, and ties are weighed separately. Weigh what arrives on your own scale. If it is under, photograph the scale and send it to us and we replace the shortfall.
How long does shipping take?
3-5 working days on the express service, or 5-9 working days on the economy service, tracked door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Prices are ex-works, so freight is quoted separately to your exact city by weight, not estimated from a zone chart.
What if the order does not match what you described?
Send us the photos and send it back. We pay the return freight and either replace it or refund it. We would rather lose one sample order than have you sell something you do not trust to your own clients.
Do you supply paperwork for customs?
Yes: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary or fumigation documents where your customs authority requires them. Tell us the destination country with your quote request and we list exactly what your shipment needs.
