Question 1

What length closure should I order with my bundles?

Accepted Answer

Two inches longer than the bundles. A closure cut to the same length sits short once it is installed and blended, and the join shows. This is the single most common ordering mistake we see.

Question 2

Closure or frontal?

Accepted Answer

A closure covers the parting area, so it suits a client who wears a fixed middle or side part. A frontal runs ear to ear and lets the hair be pulled back off the face. If your client ties her hair up, order a frontal.

Question 3

What is HD lace and is it worth it?

Accepted Answer

HD lace is thinner and finer, so it disappears against the scalp instead of sitting on it as a visible grey film. On darker skin tones the difference is obvious in photographs, which is where your clients judge the install.

Question 4

What is the minimum order?

Accepted Answer

3 pieces per order, which you can split across lengths, textures and colours however you like. Wholesale pricing is sent on request once we know specification and destination.

Question 5

Which grade should I order?

Accepted Answer

Double Drawn is the volume grade for stock you resell. Super Double Drawn is what most of our distributors reorder and the safest default. Super Premium has the thickest ends and is the first choice when the hair will be lifted or heavily styled. Order one of each in the same length and let your stylist feel the difference.

Question 6

Can I lift it to 613 or platinum?

Accepted Answer

Only on raw donor hair, and we test the lift on the batch before we ship. Virgin hair goes to light and neutral shades reliably, but not to every blonde. Dark shades are dyed rather than lifted, so they do not come back up. We will tell you which of the three your order needs before you pay.

Question 7

How do I know the weight is honest?

Accepted Answer

Everything is weighed after washing and drying, not before, and ties are weighed separately. Weigh what arrives on your own scale. If it is under, photograph the scale and send it to us and we replace the shortfall.

Question 8

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

3-5 working days on the express service, or 5-9 working days on the economy service, tracked door to door by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Prices are ex-works, so freight is quoted separately to your exact city by weight, not estimated from a zone chart.

Question 9

What if the order does not match what you described?

Accepted Answer

Send us the photos and send it back. We pay the return freight and either replace it or refund it. We would rather lose one sample order than have you sell something you do not trust to your own clients.

Question 10

Do you supply paperwork for customs?

Accepted Answer

Yes: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary or fumigation documents where your customs authority requires them. Tell us the destination country with your quote request and we list exactly what your shipment needs.
